Everyone at work asks if I got the shakuyou, which means borrowing a line 🔌

Asked Constantly

“Did you get the shakuyou?” I get asked this all the time at work.

Borrowing The Line

Shakuyou means that we tell the customer first, and then we let ourselves stop their line for a while.

Two Characters

Before you stop it, you always say something first. That is all it is, but at work the 2 characters of “shakuyou” are enough.

I Use It

I thought it was a handy word, so I use it too.
