I am a temp worker doing exactly the same work as permanent staff 🧣

At my current company I am not a permanent employee, I am a temp worker.

I work at a telecom carrier, and the work I do is almost the same as the permanent staff.

Strictly speaking, I just do the same work as people at the same level, and permanent staff have promotion while temp workers do not, so it is not exactly the same.

The workplace is run as a team system, split into several teams, and I belong to one of them.

About 90% of the people in the office are permanent staff, so temp workers are quite a minority.
