When a cable hangs down from a pole, I fax the police station 📠

When I handle a fault, sometimes I have to call a police station.

If the cause of the fault is a broken cable on a utility pole, the hanging cable is dangerous for people walking and for cars, so we need to get permission to use the road for the emergency repair.

While the field worker is heading to the site, I make the papers and send them by fax, and I also call the traffic section of the police.

It is a network job, but when I learned that the person on the phone was a police station, at first I was surprised and thought “wait, I am the one who calls?”

Since starting this job, I really feel that cables are on poles more often than under the ground.
